Small independent coffee roastery and cafe on Hùng Vương focused on house-roasted beans, espresso and hand-brewed coffee. Mornechui serves Vietnamese Robusta and Arabica alongside rotating origins, with pour-over, flat whites, salt coffee and fresh nitrogen cold brew among the drinks most associated with the shop. The knowledgeable, welcoming team also sells roasted beans to take home, while the compact, airy neighborhood setting and resident cat give the place a relaxed character away from the busiest Old Town lanes.
